Aquafresh Whitening Trays Teeth

I just received Aquafresh teeth whitening trays and I used the first (one above and below) for the recommended time. I wondered whether the effects would be the same if I used all 7 in one day at different times (eg, 45 minutes at 7 am, 45 minutes to 16:00, 45 minutes at 6pm, etc.) Basically … Not a good idea. Your teeth can become really sensitive. In Denmark, including tooth whitening is recommended not sold over the counter for this reason (bleach misuse leading to damage).
